About Our Process

As a leader in some of the most sought after coffee in the world. Mi Kona Coffee Co has a wealth of knowledge with a team to bring you the finnest and freshest coffee. 

With minimal treatment to these fresh cheries, each are handpicked at the peak of their season. We then extract the seeds or beans from the fruit. While the fruit is used for other sustainable things around the farm, the beans soak in filtered water so you only get the best quality.  Beans are layed out to dry in one of our drying houses right on site. Beans are turned daily to achive the best beans with natural oils intact for the best flavor. At the perfect moment the beans are roasted for your favorite blend!
